My husband and I decided to move from Antioch to American Canyon. We interviewed a few agents but after speaking with Griselda, we knew she was the right pick. She was very thorough on how to help us with buying & selling. Our house, after being on the market for a week, had multiple offers. We accepted a generous offer after being on the market for less than 2 wks. After this, the pressure was on to find a new home. All the houses we showed interest in, Griselda gave us a little history & background that helped us decide if the house was a right fit for us. It was very hard finding the right home since I had specific wants & needs, & after a couple of our offers were turned down, frustration definitely started to grow. Then there was a house that we never really considered but she suggested that we look at it in person. And after seeing the it for the first time, we ended up loving the charm of the house & the area since it was close to schools for our kids. We were ecstatic when our offer was accepted! We thought that the stress was over after finding a house. It was nightmare what Griselda had to go through with our buyer's agent since he was not returning any calls, texts or emails. We were starting to lose hope thinking that our buyer was not going to follow through this sale. But Griselda kept a very tight communication with the loan & title officer and made it possible to close on our house WITHOUT the buyer's agents help. Griselda is amazing!!! She followed up with me daily to give me on the closing process. She's very organized, passionate & she went above and beyond to meet our needs and had exceeded our expectations. I would not change anything to what she has done for us because without her, I know that it would have been very impossible to sell and find our dream home in just 7 weeks.
